In order to make a claim you must demonstrate that the comparative rate (the rate the hotel is offering on another Web site) is up to date and available at a lower rate than that available at www.husa.es You should thus indicate:

• The name of the Web site where you found the open rate.
• Hotel Name.
• Travel Dates.
• Price, costs, full or half board, commissions and currency advertised on the Web site.
• The comparative rate should be available and immediately confirmed on-line (thus all Web sites that don’t immediately confirm reservations are excluded from this guarantee). Claims should be made within 24 hours of making the original reservation at www.husa.es.
• The advertised price should include taxes and any kind of fees and administrative costs to be paid to the vendor.
• The guarantee refers to the total price to be paid by the user for the entire stay, not to a partial price for some or all days.

This guarantee is only applicable to reservations made by private individuals. The guarantee does not apply to unpublished or confidential prices, any kind of coupon, rates that are part of a travel package with other services, company rates, group rates, or conference rates, etc.

HUSA reserves the right to change or cancel this offer, as well as its terms and conditions, at any time and at its own discretion.

HUSA is not responsible for any costs incurred as a result of this offer.

Personal data: the personal data you supply will be incorporated into a file belonging to Hostelería Unida, S.A. and the titleholders of the establishments whose services are requested, if they are different to HOSTELERÍA UNIDA, S.A., and they will only be used to follow this claim. You can exercise your rights to access, amend, cancel and object to this by sending a letter to the establishment belonging to the HUSA Group companies where you stayed or where you have made a reservation.
